Green Goddess Smoothie Bowl

This is the smoothie we made for our Backyard Bend and Blend Workshop. Super yummy!!


- 1/2 avocado

- 1 banana (frozen)

- 2 large handfuls of spinach

- 3 or 4 pineapple chunks (frozen)

- 1 scoop organic protein powder (we used Orgain plant based protein)

- 1/2 cup almond milk (or other plant based milk)

In a blender or Nutribullet, combine all ingredients and pour into your favorite bowl.


Optional Toppings:

Strawberries, kiwi, coconut flakes and cacao nibs, chia seed, goji berries, homemade gluten free granola and fresh mango or anything else :)


Sit back and enjoy! :)
