Tara graduated summa cum laude from Seton Hall University with a BS in Accounting.  She worked as an auditor for PwC for many years before shifting her focus to raising 3 children.  During that time, she worked part-time in the financial arena, as well as spending a number of years in network marketing, where she rose to #2 in sales and #3 in recruiting out of 25,000 advisors with her company.

As a result of some personal health challenges (recovering from a cervical spinal cord injury and broken neck in a biking accident and overcoming chronic lyme disease and mold illness), Tara shifted her focus and passion towards helping others optimize their health and wellness.  She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She has spent the last few years providing 1 on 1 coaching to help her clients find balance, fulfillment and happiness in their lives.

Her life took a pivotal turn in 2020 after the death of her sister who she was very close to.  Her sister had neuropsychiatric lyme disease which was not being fully treated. In a tragic turn of events, her sister took her own life, leaving family and friends devastated. Tara had to turn this pain into passion to ensure that no one else felt that degree of hopelessness and despair.

She became certified as both a Lyme Specialist and Holistic Health Practitioner through Trinity School of Natural Medicine. She now works with clients struggling with lyme disease to provide hope, guidance, validation, and a game plan for recovery.  She loves teaming with practitioners where together they can provide clients with everything they need for not just recovery, but building a life filled with vibrancy, fulfillment and joy.
