Kale Chips are great when you are craving the salt but don't want the carbs. I often will double this recipe because they shrink down to nothing.
Ingredients:
1 bunch kale leaves
1 tablespoon avocado oil or melted coconut oil
1 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove leaves from the stems of the kale and roughly tear it up into large pieces. Wash and dry thoroughly.
In a large bowl, massage in the oil until well coated in oil. Now sprinkle on remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
Spread out onto the prepared baking sheet into a single layer.
Bake for minutes, until the kale has become crisp.
Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy. It never lasts long, so no need to refrigerate.
Thanks for checking out this recipe. I'd love to hear what you think. :)
